Finances & Budget

As at 2008, the FOM Scholarship Scheme operates on an annual budget of over R4 million, the bulk of which is used for university fees. Income to the organisation is granted by a range of corporate, foreign and philanthropic donors. At the FOM Scholarship Scheme, the budget is managed by the Director, a bookkeeper and the Treasurer. No-one receives any fundraising fee, and the books are audited annually by PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Durban.
